Please ensure that items are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack with Care
Place the product in its original Needledust box and dust bag, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your delivery address at a time convenient for you.
Quality Check and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchanged pair within 7-10 business days.
